Anxiety can rule not only your child's life, but it can rule your life as well.

Do you find yourself walking on eggshells around your child? Do you avoid things because you know it will cause your child anxiety?

Are you always wondering when the other shoe will drop?

With stomach issues, sleep troubles and constant panic, anxiety can consume the entire family.

You don't deserve that. She doesn't deserve that.

She doesn't want to feel afraid. She doesn't want to be difficult. Anxiety is ruining her happiness. She would like to enjoy school, but she is too focused on her worries. She would like a good night's sleep, but she is too worried about her safety. She would love to have sleepovers with her friends, but anxiety is holding her back.

She needs skills. She needs your help.

Parenting an anxious child can make you feel powerless.

Do you struggle with what to do to help your child? It can be painful to watch your child panic and not know how to help. Child anxiety can make any parent feel overwhelmed.

Wouldn't it feel better to partner with your child and beat this beast? Wouldn't it feel amazing if you knew skills to teach your child?

You are not powerless. You can learn effective tools and teach them to your child.

What I teach kids in therapy is not rocket science. Every parent has the ability to teach their kids exactly what I teach kids in therapy.

In fact, a big part of my therapy is meeting with parents and giving them these very tools to help their kids.

Anxious kids learn in the moment. They learn when they are in the throes of panic. They learn to face their fears when there is someone right there next to them cheering them on.

Only parents can do that.

Only you can do that.

You just need to learn how. I can help you build those skills to teach your child.

We can do this together.

“I just wanted to THANK YOU SO MUCH for the "Crush Anxiety" course. I purchased it last week, and have already completed it. I am a mama to 2 girls, ages 6 and 8. My 8 year old has anxiety disorder (as do I), and even though I have had extensive therapy for my own anxiety, nothing could've prepared me for parenting a child with anxiety. We had done therapy with her, and so many resources and tools at home. I've also been teaching at a preschool for the past year, and because of my experience with my daughter, have been able to identify students in our school with anxiety, and ways we can support them. This course gave me so many more tools (love the Rewards Challenge, and Ladder, Red/Green Light thoughts, etc). This was so well organized, and easy to follow. I am so impressed, and just wanted to THANK YOU!“

-G.P.

"I have 7 year old twin boys. One of my twins was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and OCD at the end of a very difficult year in kindergarten, almost two years ago.

We finally were able to implement a 504 plan at school to help him de-escalate when a meltdown would occur.

When he was diagnosed, not much was explained to me about anxiety. All we knew was to find him some kind of coping mechanism.

This past summer our family decided to make a big change and move. We researched the schools and picked our house based on the school system that was ranked number one in the area.

Surprisingly enough my son adjusted well with the move, new school and friends. I also took a job at the school that allowed me to be home with my boys after school and spend more time helping him with school work and any issues that he has.

Once I moved here I began looking into Facebook sites and researching more about parenting a child with anxiety.

Once I saw this course being offered I jumped on it right away knowing that I need all the help I can get to help my child!

I found this course extremely helpful and enlightening. I had the smallest clue of what anxiety was and how it can affect you. I only have seen it with my child. I did not know that it was something that could change as he gets older into social anxiety or other types.

I believe this course is going to help us tremendously, as we now know what to look for, how to manage it and tools we can teach my son to fight his anxiety. There are several things we were doing wrong, and I'm excited to make the recommended changes from the course and see how he responds.

I thank you so much for taking the time to put this course together to help teach us parents how to help our children.

I do believe this is going to be life changing for us!"

-Kristina, Mother of 7 year old twins

"Natasha provides sound advice and methods that work. Our family has gained sanity in a world that, before receiving her help, was out of control. I feel as though I have someone in my corner who understands the daily struggles of being a parent to an anxious child and is there to help."

-Caren, mother of two

"I am blown away by how well the information was presented by Natasha, and in such a non-judgmental way. The sharing of personal stories helped me to feel better about the fact that we're having these issues as I too have some knowledge around child development from my teaching degree and felt failure at not being able to get it right every day, but Natasha explains beautifully that each child requires something different, and because anxiety themes can change it means we need to observe, learn, and change alongside our children.

I already had a bit of knowledge around anxiety due to years of supporting my husband with his anxiety and depression but supporting a child with anxiety is quite different.

Already we have seen progress by personifying the anxiety and making it something external to my daughter that she can take power over. She has been getting sick of me talking about her anxiety but I noticed she found Natasha's approach made it fun to discuss.

We have a long road ahead of us, and it was a good forewarning (for me) to talk about anxiety themes changing over time, and that these strategies will be useful for her whole life. So far so good on the changes we've made, I can't wait to get more implemented."

-Adrienne, mother to an anxious daughter

"This course is very informative and will help arm you for helping your child battle anxiety. I have been working with my 3 year old for the past 6 months since it clicked one day that he wasn’t struggling with just normal toddler behaviour.

His anxiety seemed based around fear of safety or throwing up. Driving anywhere with him was such a struggle! We started finding ways to help him by applying some of the coping strategies I had learned when I went through CBT during my PPD journey.

This course touched on many of those things but in a child friendly way. We have now given his anxiety a name, and we talk about it that way now. It seems to already be helping him and we are only on day 3 since that lesson!

I definitely recommend this course to any parent out there who wants to help their anxious child. The tools you will gain from it will without a doubt enable you and your child to take on the beast that is childhood anxiety."

-Crystal, Mother of two beautiful and now less anxious children

"Being a Child Therapist, there are times when it is helpful to reach out to other professionals as a resource. Natasha Daniels is always my go to person when it comes to anxiety questions. Natasha's ability to assess a child for anxiety and her knowledge of possible interventions has made her a valuable resource to therapists and families."
